- In addition to the 401k match, MWCC makes an automatic employer contribution to employees’ 401ks based on their years of service with the organization. This contribution is made whether or not the employee elects to contribute to the 401k themselves.
- Employer contribution in the amount of 3.5% of the employee’s paycheck after 1 year of service
- Employer contribution in the amount of 6% of the employee’s paycheck after 6 years of service and 100% vested
- Employer contribution in the amount of 11% of the employee’s paycheck after 10 years of service and 100% vested
- Please note, contributions are subject to annual IRS limits.
- 9/80 compressed workweek schedule for eligible positions. This is a 2-week work schedule where employees have Friday off from work every other week. Employees work 80 hours over nine days instead of the typical ten days.
- Paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid short-term emergency leave. Short-term emergency leave is provided for bereavement and time-critical personal emergencies, such as repairing significant property damage to your home.

- What locations could I work at?

Our corporate office, where most of our positions are located, is in Houston, TX. Our Shore Base/Warehouse locations, which house our equipment, are located near Corpus Christi, Texas & Mobile, Alabama.
- Do I need experience in Oil & Gas to work at MWCC?

While some of our positions do require experience in the oil & gas industry, such as positions in operations and engineering, we do have positions where experience gained in other industries is sufficient. - How long does the recruitment process take?

The recruiting process at MWCC can vary in length. Because we are a smaller organization, we can normally quickly move from the interview process to the offer; of course, the length is also dependent upon both the candidate’s and interviewers’ availability. MWCC’s main focus is to find the best person for each of our roles.
- Process for traveling to interview location?
-
If MWCC requires you to travel to the interview location, we will work with you to coordinate your travel, which may include driving your personal vehicle or flying. If flying, the flights are scheduled and paid for by MWCC. If you drive your personal vehicle, MWCC will reimburse mileage if the one-way distance between your residence and the interview location is greater than 35 miles but less than 175 miles. Mileage reimbursement uses the current IRS mileage rate to calculate the reimbursement amount.
